Hydraulic Crane Services Ltd are the South East of England’s premier truck-mounted hydraulic equipment specialist.
They perform servicing and repairs and provide a reliable and efficient breakdown service for over 30 years to customers throughout the South East and London.
The Challenge.
The challenge for Hydraulic Crane Services was to update its original website with a more modern design and implement Search Engine Optimisation to increase traffic and sales.
The original website bought in only branded search traffic and was not optimised for additional keywords or other services the company offered.
The main challenge was to sell more parts via the website and also raise awareness that the Hydraulic Crane Services brand could supply and fit these parts as part of a broader range of services.
The Solution
We began by carrying out a comprehensive keyword research project to identify transactional keywords that would result in driving additional revenue for the company.
The next step was to create the outline and page structure of the new website so we could begin creating the first initial design to show the client.
After implementing the correct on-page SEO strategies and making sure the website has a strong technical SEO base it went from being a 6-page website that was only ranking for branded keywords to a 21 page that ranks for over 1,000 highly relevant keywords.
The main focus was the parts pages. We created individual landing pages for the major manufacturers in the industry and have since seen revenue increase for Hydraulic Crane Services at a rate of 20% year on year.
