Is it really free?

Yes, completely. No credit card, no trial period, no hidden upsell at the end. You get a personal video review of your site and that’s it. If you want to work together afterwards, great — but there’s no pressure and no obligation.

How long is the video?

Most snapshots run between 5 and 10 minutes. Long enough to cover the key areas properly, short enough that you’ll actually watch it. I don’t pad them out — every minute covers something specific and actionable.

Is this an automated report or does Ben actually review it?

Ben personally reviews every site. I use tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights and SERP analysis to back up my findings — but the video, the commentary, and the priorities are all from me, not an algorithm.

How quickly will I get it?

Within 48 hours in most cases. If there’s a short wait due to volume I’ll let you know. The snapshot is delivered by email with a link to the video recording.

Will I be pressured into buying something afterwards?
